Our bathroom renovation starts with the preparation stage on day 1. Instile Renovations will cover your floors, furnishings or move any furniture that may be in the way. Preparation is followed by the demolition stage on day 2 which means that your toilet will be disconnected and you will need to find alternative arrangements for approximately 2 weeks. Usually there is a spare toilet in most buildings. If you have 2 toilets then there is no problem.

You can expect a lot of noise and dust if you decide to stay at home during the day while we demolish the bathroom or the kitchen. This is usually carried out within a day or two including the removal of all debris. After the demolition stage all noise will be kept to a minimum, however a variety power tools will be used for the remainder of the renovation period. It is best to be out for the day as on your return you will find that Instile Renovation has completely cleaned up your place. It will feel like we were not even there. Instile Renovations cleans up each day so you will have no dust or any rubbish left behind.

While Instile Renovation works on your new bathroom or kitchen the rest of your house wont be effected.

Your bathroom renovation will be completed within 21 days. Your toilet will be working within 14 days.
